Governing Law

Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. With respect to any litigation arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or the services or deliverables provided hereunder, the User agrees that it shall be heard by the state or federal courts with jurisdiction to hear such suits located in Baltimore, Maryland, and the User irrevocably consents to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
