2009: Dr. Jeff Evans and Ms. Justina Vail created Envision Coach Training, bringing over five decades of diverse training and experience between them to the table. All of our core trainings at Envision Coach Training are face-to-face and highly interactive. We believe that when it comes to such an interpersonal craft as life, business or coaching, this is the only way to go. Envision comes out of decades of experience working with some of the largest corporations in the world. We are affiliated with Envision Global Leadership (EGL), a change and leadership development consulting firm. For decades EGL has worked with C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies, including Clorox, the Gap,General Dynamics and Chevron. EGL’s overall expertise is founded in leading change, most specifically in the strategy of large scale collaborative change based on proven methodologies and the science of systems. Envision Coach Training was initially developed as a mandatory training for our EGL consultants, as a way to ensure they reached the highest level of coaching skills possible before working with our valued clients.

Corporations around the globe are increasing their use of executive coaches in an effort to maximize productivity, efficiency and skill in their organizations. Business leaders are also learning that highly skilled, ICF accredited coaches are the most sound investment in that effort, with many corporations now requiring that internal and external coaches are credentialed. Experienced coaches are also expected to engage in ongoing continuous education programs to maintain and increase their level of coaching expertise.

For both external and internal executive coaches we especially recommend the ACTP Coach Training Program which will take you deeply into success principles of coaching in the leadership, executive and corporate world.

This will help you understand more fully when your coach ‘connects’ and when they don’t so that you, in turn, can become more aware of when you connect with your coachees.
