Antioch University Seattle (AUS) is at the forefront in providing learner-centered education. Academic departments and programs embrace the mission of personal, intellectual, and social transformation with the following degrees and certifications:
- Bachelor of Arts Completion
- Master of Arts degrees in Education and Teaching, including a concentration in Urban Environmental Education
- Master of Science in Management and Leadership
- Doctorate in Psychology and Master of Arts degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Couples and Family Therapy, with concentrations in Drama, Art, and Play Therapy
AUS faculty members are among the best in their fields, inspiring an equally high caliber of students. Education program students consistently score 12 percent higher than the national average in national examinations. Our MA in Clinical Psychology program boasts a 90 percent completion rate, and 87 percent of those students become employed within six months – 91 percent of them as licensed mental health counselors.
In addition, AUS offers academic credit for life experience, onsite community counseling, partnerships with local schools, and elite programs in Drama and Art Therapy. AUS extensively supports veterans of all branches of the United States armed forces as well those who served in volunteer humanitarian organizations such as AmeriCorps, AmeriCorps VISTA and the Peace Corps. This spirit of service is exemplified in Master of Science in Management and Leadership, designed for veterans and those who have served the greater good by engaging their valuable experience and translating it into practical skills to continue to develop their career paths.
